    Whether the Bilderberg group actually has the influence to directly impact governmental policy is uncertain. There is no doubt though that it is a representative of the interests of the ruling class - ya know, the people whose interests are represented by government.

    Either way, whatever the Bilderbergers consider a good idea is likely to be implemented in some form.

    How is the Bilderberg group representative of the interests of the ruling class? Last time I checked Sutherland for one was not ever elected to a position, and Garett FitzGerald (who is alleged to have gone to a meeting, which is a far cry from being a member) hasn't been a TD since the 80s.
    Ireland interests are best secured within a more dynamic EU. Vote YES to Lisbon.
