Default Number Four, Jonathan Doing NI Proud

Northern Ireland once again punching above its weight

The best is yet to come: Jonathan Rea reacts to historic fourth straight World Superbike Championship title

"There are no words. I've worked so hard for this - there have been lots of ups and downs along the way," said Rea.

"I wanted to make the race mine from the off and I feel incredible now. I'm living the dream but I feel the best is yet to come. I was just a kid from Northern Ireland with a dream but I have finally got here."

His latest win cements his place as the most successful rider in World Superbike history as his fourth win brings him equal with Carl Fogarty, but having already passed Fogarty’s wins record earlier this year, he surpasses the Blackburn rider’s record.
Hopefully this win will earn him the BBC Sports Personality of the Year 2019.

why is he waving the fleg of the failed sectarian NI statlet that ended in 1972?

come to think of it why is Rory also waving the fleg of the failed sectarian NI statlet that ended in 1972?

So in 2018 he's flying a flag printed for 2016, based on a flag not officially used since 1972? And Rory too! As yiz can see, our laptop Loyal are simple folk who get very excited when you give them a wee piece of coloured cloth.

Anyway, fair play to Jonathan and Rory.
