    Police are currently “investigating an incident” on the Parliamentary Estate, a House of Commons spokesman said.

    Witnesses are reporting seeing a heavy police presence around the Houses Parliament.

    Something like 2000 staff on the Parliamentary estate. Many take annual leave during recess but not all - so plenty of staff still there this week.
