Default British Vitriol Against the Irish: Documenting Thread

During the week, Lord Kilclooney (as he likes to call himself) referred to An Taoiseach as "the Indian". As the countdown to an Irish veto nears fruition, I expect that there will be an increase in racist and vitriolic attacks against the Irish people.

This thread is opened so you can post links, quotes and articles wherein the Irish are ostracised for exercising a veto in the national interest. It would be good to have a source thread to document such attacks so as to remember who our friends are, should they ever come crawling to Ireland for
    support.

So I present to you our first example, recently tweeted by Gerard Batten:
"UK threatened by Ireland. A tiny country that relies on UK for its existence. We should advise, we are free to revoke common travel area." - Gerard Batten MEP UKIP
    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerard_Batten

Please contribute such examples where you find them. I expect them to increase in ferocity over the coming weeks.
    Boycott the "Irish" Sun rag.

All you need to bear in mind is that some Brits are still lurking in their turrets waiting for Napoleon's ships to sail up the Thames while others have cottoned on to the fact that globalisation is an inconvenient reality.
Abortion is an act of violence. Violence demeans humanity, particularly violence against women and children.

Unfortunately it is. And they made it so.

Apparently they don't realise we're an independent country with its own interests.

Or as Boris would say "Wiffle Waffle Bish Bosh Empire Shtempire", whilst stumbling away before anybody works out wtf just happened and tries to ask him a question.

Through Brexit the UK voted to tear up the Good Friday Agreement they signed with Ireland. Among the many economic and political results is the effect of reimposing the border between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Much of the powerful London opinion forming media, while backing Brexit to the hilt, want total silence on the border issue.

This same London media, that spewed anti-EU propaganda and cheer led a public discourse at the level of the 'straight banana' for decades, is now telling us Irish people that we are 'puerile' and to 'shut our gobs' on this issue.

Let them revoke away, this could be an opportunity to open up better trade routes and build stronger relationships in the EU trading block, they are the black sheep of the EU as it is nobody wants to know them.
