Default Waterford FF Cllr found dead in lagoon

According to the Mail on Sunday Cllr Pat Leahy, a member of Waterford CC since 1991 and former campaign manager for Martin Cullen, was found dead in a lagoon at a Glanbia factory where he worked as a part-time caretaker. What was so wrong with it? I am not hitting on you but if it is a 'fukking disgrace' could you state why?

Anyone reading that article would have come to the conclusion that both are related. They never stated it explicitly but that is the conclusion any reader would have drawn and the further inescapable implication as to the cause of death.

EVERY single member of waterford co council was questioned, as a matter of course, by the gardai carrying out the investigation.

this fact was twisted and used in this article in a most disgraceful fashion.

i'm a fg'er and after reading this story, and knowing what happened in waterford co council, i personally wouldnt use this rag as bedding in the dog's house.

How connolly can sleep at night is beyond me.

I hate to be the first person on here to mention the big elephant in the room, but has suicide been ruled out or not???

Condolences to his family & friends.
There is something pigheaded about Wexford this season, something pigheaded and perverse and oddly beautiful. In certain lights they are starting to look heroic.
