It is 100% discrimination by the photographer to get involved in this legal and free speech issue,, the Supreme Court decision is final and pulling a stunt like this is all about free publicity,

Hopefully the photographer will lose business for their discrimination antics is trying to stop a person having free will and free speech in which nobody was harmed or injured and let's be honest, we all know Lee is an activist looking for attention via the "Offence" trick,, he is no victim, he is a toady opportunist hell bent on forcing his beliefs unto others,,

Seems like even the Norn Oirish taxpayer doesn't mind taking it up the a$$.

    Good decision, mind.

How much is it worth spending to clarify a contentious issue?

Tweedle dumb could have gone to any number of confectioners to have his fairy cakes decorated.

He deliberately targeted a Christian bakery. He should be fined for wasting the judiciary's time, and tax payers money.

That'll put an end to this kind of silliness.

In which case it has all been worthwhile.

No - I was addressing this

rather than the nitty gritty of the case.

There was a controversy that has now been satisfactorily sorted out, so the money was well spent IMO

Well, you don't pay tax, so it doesn't bother you. It should never have come to this IMO.

If a left footer went into a Prod baker's demanding a cake decorated with human limbs and frizzelli's chipper on it, and he was refused, do you think that would go to the highest justice in the land?

    Interesting.

His reaction to the supreme court finding that what had happened regarding the cake was not discrimination was to engage in discrimination.

Hilarious, and typical of self-described progressives.

Knowing the left footers, the answer to that is yes.
