Default Danny Healy-Rae, to be subject of German TV documentary

Following on from his ludicrous attempts to lobby for increased alcohol limits for rural dwellers Michael Heal-Rae is to be the subject of a German TV, fly on the wall, documentary .
Healy-Rae garnered local notoriety for his populist, increased drinking limit stance. It now appears he has made it to the international stage. The blurb states it will focus on his 'passion'. Do posters believe this documentary will portray Ireland in a positive light to our EU neighbours?

Apologies that should read Danny, if a mod could change it.

    I assume that's a rhetorical question.

The Healy-Raes and the entire horrible mob who elect them are proof positive that some parts of Ireland are so backward that they shouldn't be allowed the responsibility of a vote.

Why should it show Ireland in a positive light? It's about a typical Irish politician.

Anyway the Germans meet our venal, self-serving, cap-doffing, 'yes-yer honour' representatives regularly?

    We need to stop this.

Any way we can. If they think thats the calibre of politician we elect we are done for.

Hate to agree with such sweeping generalisations, but I can't argue against it in this case.

    Federal Ireland now.

Ironically, Kerry could probably stay afloat on Tourism income.

But they would need to build an airport petunia
