Default Should rapists get a lesser sentence for using condoms?

After the trauma of being raped a person has to deal with the trauma of potential STIs , and if they are a fertile female : an unwanted pregnancy.

So should courts seek to deter such by offering lesser sentences to those male rapists who wear condoms, or in other terms give a greater sentence to those who don't ?

Sure there's an argument that a forensically minded rapist will wear a condom to avoid depositing evidence, but overall it is a thing courts should encourage?

Your similar post on another forum was appalling. But well done, you have reached a new low. Rape is not a sex crime, it is a crime of violence. That of course is something you would not understand. If you did, you would not post such rubbish.

Why didnt you put a condom on your keyboard before raping my eyes and mind with this nonsense?

Next you'll want rapists to be let off if they bring flowers!

What about if they offer to marry the victim, as I believe happens in some countries - should that attempt to make amends be taken into account to? After all, the woman would no longer have to worry about getting pregnant, presumably...
