Default Upgrade Palestinian delegation to an embassy

Palestine is represented in Ireland by a PLO general delegation. In the light of the overwhelming vote on non member status for Palestine at the UN General Assembly, should we now upgrade it to an embassy?

The green states below have Palestinian embassies. Dark green are Palestinian resident embassies and light green are non resident embassies. Dark blue are PLO delegations while light blue are non-resident delegations. Dark Pink are resident PLO (not state of Palestine) embassies while light pink are non resident ones. Orange are other PLO missions.

There's no reason why they shouldn't.
