Default Syria: 'up to 100' British Muslims fighting in war.

This article explains the full extent of the amount of British Muslims (and other European Muslims) fighting in Syria and the potential consequences of this for Britain.

Syria: 'up to 100' British Muslims fighting in war - Telegraph

    It says:

'The British-born jihadis are said to have joined the fight with Jabhat al-Nusra, the country’s most militant al-Qaeda gang.

The fighters have come from range of ethnic backgrounds include young Asians, converts to Islam and men from north African backgrounds.'

So it seems a huge amount this war is religiously driven, rather then a real democratic drive. How worrying is the potential consequences for Britain? My belief would be that the Muslim community in the UK has enough problems as it is without more of their young men getting fighting experience that they could then use against the UK.

Similarities to the Western backed Muslims off to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan back on the 80's.
And we all know how that panned out.
The Assad regime may not be all sweetness and light, but I'm sure it's a lot better than what's to come when the religious nuts are in charge, all backed to the hilt by the US and UK.
At some point the gloves must come off and we face our adversaries.
    We're all Rhodesians now.
