    Default Gardai 1 Austria 0

looks like some scummy Austrian fans thaught they would have a bit of fun in Temple bar. 2 gardai hold their own quite well, there should be spots opened up for them on the Irish team. What can I say about the supporters, they actually look like unevolved apes.

best bit 3:40 , nice take down, even gets the boot in

Well done to the guards. To watch two of them at the start trying to hold on to the situation before back up came was inspiring. All those who reckon their wages should be cut should ask themselves a question. Would you do that job???

There was quite a bit of trouble before the Polish game as well.

I'd jump at the chance. Great pay and a fantastic pension.

especially when people are filming them ready to make accusations of police brutality.

Should be interesting for the England friendly tbh. Whoever thought that game was a bright idea needs to be sacked asap.

Nobody thinks that the young uniformed guards have a cushy job,

But they are the minority, what about all the desk jockeys, milking the system sitting around in stations deleting penalty points and stealing cash out of evidence lockers?

The Gardai as a force are not fit for purpose and should be disbanded,
