The OP could at least tell me who the "Burgess guy" is and what he said about what.

Ah! You know there's great rivalry between himself and Eddie Hobbs. Anything Eddie can do, I can do better .. Well !!!!

But Brendan, Eddie has his own tv station {called something like Kildare tv or something]. And didn't he interview Enda on it .... which is more than Vincent Browne could do.

In fairness to Brendan I took his advice and ploughed into Irish bank shares in 2008.

Haven't checked them in a while but I'm sure they're doing well.

If he talks up the economy, and real estate he will probably get softer treatment.
Coveney's ambition is the be Ireland's next EU Commissar and Ireland will pay a price as he builds his CV to position himself sufficiently loyal to the nEU empire.

Seanie Quinn, is that you ?

Any chance that you might impart some financial advice to the rest of us on how to invest money ?

    Regards,

    Fitzy the banker.

... and I took his advice that we'd all be millionaires when Irish Nationwide became a plc. Just invest €20,000.
