Default Ed Miliband Political Broadcast Speech Tonight: "We got it wrong on immigration"

Ahead of a major speech tomorrow by shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper on new Labour immigration policies, tonight Ed Miliband will make a political broadcast speech on the topic of immigration to be shown across England.

    Some quotes from video.
One of the things we didn't get right was immigration.

Millions of people in Britain are concerend about immigration and if people are concerned about it, well Labour under his leadership will be talking about it.

Pace of change was too fast, it's not prejudice to worry about immigration, it's understandable and Labour were wrong to dismiss peoples concerns.

We saw recently in the bi-election in Easleigh, UKIP beating the Conservatives and David Cameron talking tough on immigration especially Bulgaria and Romania of late, now Labour seem to be joining the debate.

Diane Abbot, a black candidate for the Labour leadership gone has voiced that Labour should not move to the right on this topic.

They are only saying this because the pollsters are telling them its their major achilles heel with the electorate. However if Labour get in again the luvvies will be all over their policies on immigration again for another free for all.

To paraphrase the great Basil Fawlty, " And now Ed Milliband, your specialist subject, the Bleeding Obvious".
“There are probably more annoying things than being hectored about African development by a wealthy Irish rock star in a cowboy hat, but I can’t think of one at the moment.”

"We got it wrong on immigration. And the economy. And Iraq.And...."

They need to do something to gain the spotlight, I'm not sure this is it.
I'm living in America, and in America, you're on your own. America's not a country. It's just a business. Now f***ing pay me.

Those lefties are total racist xenophobes. I bet there is a huge cross-over between the BNP and Labour.

But what? They will be largely bound by the same budgetary constraints as the current government is. So what does that leave? Perhaps class politics?

I think we could pick up a thing or two from Ed over here.
Let's not dismiss immigration debate or labelled something for wanting a discussion on it.
