Thread: Are men the new women?

Default Are men the new women?

"Childless" women, on average, earn more than men. Is there a need for remedial action by Govt.?!

Women in country's workforce paid 17pc more than men

It seems that one of the most enduring old chestnuts of the feminists, that women in the workplace are unfairly discriminated against in terms of pay, doesn't stand up to scrutiny. That should come as no surprise to those who've looked at the figures (regarding pay for men and women) in the US over the last ten years or so, but it is worth noting how much more women, on average, earn in the years before they start having kids. Also interesting is the reaction to the figures from the Policy Officer in the NWC!

It's the "knowledge economy". Manual labour or any work that involves your hands or brawn is no longer valued in western society. Nerds, homosexuals and childless women now dominate over the labourer.

Boardrooms are packed to the rafters with men (red blooded, meat eating, straight men), Senior managers and Directors are predominantly men, they may be educated (nerdy?), well groomed (homosexual?) and avoid bling and body ink, but they are far more ruthless and competitive than any labourer.
Voters don't decide issues, they decide who will decide issues.

Give it a few years. The "bright young things" coming up to the corporate, legal and medical world are predominantly nerds, homesexuals and childless women. Another 2 decades and the board rooms will reflect this.

Also I never said homosexuals or nerds can't be ambitious and ruthless.
