Default Eddie Hobbs: Investment cycle is returning

In what is surely a contrarian indicator, Eddie Hobbs has an advertisement on the front page of the Sunday Business Post declaring "the investment cycle is returning" (whatever that means). He is seeking to inflict his advice on us again, with minimum investment of 500k required. What type of people still pay money to this chap?

Looking at the Property Section of the Sunday Business Post, you would think the Property market is exploding too... God love Eddie, house still for sale on the Curragh and all is returning to "normal".... whats my name?

If he says it often enough, he's bound to be right sometime: but I'll hold on to my hard earned cash for waht it's worth , thank you very much.

I would not buy any property without first checking the length of the queue at the Jobs Fair in the RDS next weekend.

Here is a hint for the Hobbit - people working in Alberta or Perth don't need to buy real estate in South Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, etc....
Coveney's ambition is the be Ireland's next EU Commissar and Ireland will pay a price as he builds his CV to position himself sufficiently loyal to the nEU empire.
