Default Gestapo legislation of the FFger's

Hmm! In a new low for the Predatory tax rapists of the Family home, I see Noonan and his fellow blue$hits are happy to have a "snitch" clause in the legislation for the property/bondholders tax.

Property tax 'snitch clause' causes anger - Herald.ie
"Property tax 'snitch clause' causes anger"

It is obvious to anyone that such Gestapo style tactics, odious as they are, will simply result in the FFger's and their butt wipes "labour" being chucked out in the next election. The FFger's obviously hate their newly elected TD's as they are cutting their throats electorally! It never fails to amaze me how the FFger's and fellow political turds "labour", target ordinary tax payers whilst doing their utmost to protect their own personal interests

Being the lowest of the low, the hypocritical political liars, the FFger's are preventing any parliamentary inquiry that could in any way tarnish the reputation of criminal politicians in previous governments, it would appear suspicious to any fair minded individual that they themselves must have been up to their neck in the slurry along with the rest of them otherwise why would they prevent an open an honest investigation?

Bill restricts Dáil banking crisis probe | Irish Examiner
"Bill restricts Dáil banking crisis probe"
"Any likely parliamentary inquiry into the banking crisis will not have the power to investigate past governments where the reputation of former office holders could be directly adversely affected, according to a confidential briefing for TDs".

FFger's and "labour"? may we have an election now so they can be flushed down the sewer a.s.a.p.!

FG/Labour were the 'Opposition' for FF.

So it was their responsibility to 'oppose' FF's policies.

But they did not as the trough was circular and they all had their asses in the air and their snouts down in it.

They would insist that they were the best opposition, as they were opposite the FF in the trough of greed.

What if it turns out that you overvalued it - will the new owner be obliged to snitch so that Revenue can give the old owner a tax rebate ?

Here's the thing. If you over valued you get nothing back. If you undervalued you have to pay the difference the interest plus penalties.

If you string them out until you die - the interest and penalty dies with you . There's also a bit of a contradiction because they expect you to set a value on the property which remains valid for three years - so what happens if you sell after year 2 for €10k more than it was when you valued it? Are they going to fine us because they couldn't construct proper legislation?
