    The Garda Representative Association have joined the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors and have withdrawn from "Croke Park 2" negotiations

    This has occurred over threats to Garda pay made by the Government.

    Earlier the General Secretary of the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) stated that "the potential for serious developments, will increase, significantly, in the coming days particularly if management continue to adopt their current approach of targeting premium pay and allowances for cuts."

    How long before the Gvernment is left negotiating with itself over Croke Park 2?
