Default Unionist outreach: Sectarian and threatening graffiti in Lisburn

I've been alerted to something that seems to have escaped the attention of the unionist-biased mainstream media.

Sectarian graffiti has appeared on a housing area in Lisburn, in which Taigs are told they aren't welcome and are targets.

All Taigs are Targets: UDA | Belfast Media Group

The timing of this disgusting and accustomed ethos of loyalism and the close proximity to the graffiti sprayed on a COI in nearby Glenavy is suspicious, especially seeing the latest round of loyalist false flag death threats to a number of councillors in recent days.

Anyway, all sectarian graffiti is rotten and must be condemned and, IMO, is a symptom of partition and British imperialism conquer, rule and divide

While it is disguisting, why do you also not mention about the graffiti and attacks on Orange Halls/Churches etc we have seen lately?

You will find he said all sectarian graffiti is rotten, as it is. Whether it be on an Orange Hall or a gable wall.

So I'm a he and Just Jack now? Thought I was a she and Sevenstars? You're nothing but a discredited bigot, crunk.

In relation to your comment, legitimate concerns can be raised given the recent events, and also to the fact that Dupers Pootsy and Jeffster, both the target of apparent 'republican' death threats, are also Lisburn based.

Eyebrows and questions should be raised.

    This is a systemic issue.

It needs the CSI strategy to not just be talked about, or just be produced, but actually put in place. More integration and sharing.

Its only a small minority who do these sorts of things on both sides, but politicians need a systemic CSI strategy to deal with it.

A CSI strategy would also deal with the flags and parades issue.

Also: anti poverty and education strategies are important. This sort of thing usually happens in the areas of greatest deprivation and is a sign of lack of economic opportunity.

The work of dissidents stirring up some support no doubts.

In no way is it a small minority. The DUP and SF are both extremist parties with enormous support
NI is full of people who claim to be moderate but are anything but
