Good programme, some archive footage of officials though the organisation not mentioned by name. Hopefully some of eejits doing the rioting and whinging about not have a flag flown 365 days a year would realise what violence and disorder we are trying to move on from by building a shared future for Belfast and Northern ireland. You contrast the Provisionals IRA/SF of that era with today's constitutionalist democratic Sinn Fien voting for flying the union flag at city hall it shows the hand that republicans have extended towards unionists/loyalists while unionists cling on to a fantasy of an orange state.

Some interesting stuff, Motorman didn't make any long term effect on the IRA, typical but laughable of the Brit saying it brought about the end of the troubles - which went on for another 22 years !!!! Of course their was no mention or a single question as to why the same wasn't done where the loyalist bombers and murderers were operating from. The answer of course is below -

Brits and UDA members on joint patrol at Clon Duff Drive in Castlereagh Road area of Belfast, 1972.

Follow the money in this country and it ALWAYS goes back to state support, be it tax breaks, state contracts and the manipulation of markets for the gombeen class.

SF never supported widespread destruction and murder. Perhaps you have the infallible shinners confused with the British army.
