God, I hope this thread stays civil and respectful tonight.
At 12 weeks the “clump of cells” toes curl, her mouth makes sucking movements, she has a human face and if you prod the tummy she will move in response

It will be good to hear from a obs/gynae consultant...cos we have heard some drivel today...including fro Patricia Casey who appparently believes that its your vagina that dilates during labour!!...

I hope Vincent does not adopt a haranguing style tonight and approaches the issue in a calm, rational, reasoned and serious way. I am sure he will reflect on the lack of legislation or regulation dealing with abortion. The 'facts' of this tragic case should not take three months.

    Your right, they shouldn't.

But I suspect they will, if not longer. I heard on the 9 News earlier that the HSE said they will be consulting the family on the terms of reference for the investigation..... the usual political horseshíte. Terms of reference . It couldn't be simpler, find out everything that happened in those four days. Simple. It could be done in a week if they wanted.

It was nice to see also so many ordinary people at the vigil in town earlier. I hope the one on Saturday is huge.....

Inquest will not be held quickly either(they never are!!)

Would there be legal implications to "decide" on this case prior to the Inquest being held?
