Thread: Who is the best politician in the Dáil?

  1. #1

Default Who is the best politician in the Dáil?

We're very good on here at ripping politicians(deservedly at times) to shreds, so a simple question; who do you think is currently the best politician in the Dáil, and why? You can give any reason from the good work they do in their localities or nationally, policies they put forward, to the actual political wheeling and dealing they carry out. Come on, they can't all be that bad, can they?
    Somebody grab the script!

    Tony Lawlor Kildare North.
He's invisible and has nothing to say on any issue which shows that we can get along without him. Proof, if any were needed, that we don't really need any local politician

    Enda Kenny.

If being re-elected is a politician’s first priority, then I think in the present Dail he has achieved this more often than any other serving politician and it has to be said, he has reached this glory without ever actually doing anything of note.

42 years keeping your head down can't be easy, but he's managed it and fair play to him.
