    Default #VINB Mon 22/10/2012: Deal or double-deal?

Seán Fleming, FF TD Laois-Offaly Sean Fleming, Spokesperson on Public Expenditure and Reform | Fianna Fáil
Sheila Killian, Lecturer Univ of Limerick Irish Left Review | Sheila Killian
Liam Twomey, FG TD Wexford Dr. Liam Twomey, Fine Gael Wexford

We’re spoilt for choice tonight. What with The Frontline on RTE ONE and BBC1 broadcasting the Panorama Special: ‘Jimmy Savile - What the BBC Knew‘, at 22:35 [and then BBC iPlayer] clashing with Vinny‘s show and not forgetting the usual Newsnight on BBC2 which has additional questions themselves to answer, Vinny could be a bit strapped for viewers tonight.

But he does have a good show lined up and good speakers to tell us all about the Kenny-Merkel statement. What exactly does it mean? Is it deal or no deal, or even (horror) double deal. Worth viewing even if you have to drag yourself away from the other programmes …

Liam Twomey,Liam Twomey? With the news of late and Hollande's use of the word 'retroactive' today
I would of thought a more senior government TD. Perhaps Brian/Leo/Lucinda or Pat.

But Liam, one of the three of late that make up the Ballymount wallpaper, the other two being Peter Mathews and Richard Boyd Barret.

Are some TD's staying well clear of Vincent and I don't just mean Enda.

I expect we wwill get the same rubbish off VB tonight he will ask the FG td and if does not like the answer he will keeo interupting him,VB uses his dislike of EK all the time,is this dislike come from he is from the West of IRE.,it would break his heart if the present gets a deal on the banks and turn the economy.I expect that he prays all night that the Goverment fails.

Now what to watch? The Frontline with Pat is bound to be depressing and he will annoy me, Panorama will not cheer me up either so it will have to be Vinnie, at least he has a sense of humour and he might annoy someone else, other than me that is, always good entertainment!

Well, women don't seem to want to join in the fun!! No women in Backstagers yet, afaik. I wonder are they afraid of Norman's reputation? Don't know what they are afraid of. They don't have to get into the shower to join the Group, you know.

This is what the Sky Box was built for, record one channel whilst watching another!

I wonder will Vinny have a new studio like they did for the 5.30 news?

Nobody needs to pray for this government to fail , they are incapable of anything else , except lies of course .

A clique?? And open to women too?? Oh dear.

Just watch the paranoiacs open a thread complaining about how the women in the clique are winking at people behind the paranoiacs back, and the mods had better stop it, they're all in league with one another...etc

By the way, Norman, when you say that women can join the group, do you mean the way that Vinnie lets them join his show....You know, sitting prettily tossing their hair and fluttering their pretty eyelashes while they read nicely from tomorrow's papers, or mind the twitter machine, or some pretty little girly activity that will not be too taxing on their cute little ditzy minds....?

Or can any class of a woman join--even the "stupid bints" and "ball-breaking b1tches" and the "annoying screeching biddies" that are so frequently referenced here?
