    OECD Launches Your Better Life Index

    34 developed countries compared.

    Top 10 for 'Life Satisfaction':

    1. Denmark
    2. Canada
    3. Norway
    4. Switzerland
    5. Sweden
    6. Netherlands
    7. Australia
    8. Israel
    9. Finland
    10. Ireland

    The UK is 15th., France is 19th., Germany is 21st.



    In the Social Network Support rankings, Ireland is 2nd.:




    Our 'Intentional Homicide Rate' is among the lowest:

    Have you ever been to Canada? Montreal and Toronto are for more exciting than any Irish city, that's for sure.

    Ireland will probably drop down a few places by next year's rankings.
    But this shows that we are starting from a very strong base.

    and vancouver is amazing. Except for that 2 square block area of crack heads it is the most beautiful city I have ever been in.
