After a few months of stability in the early part of year rents seem to be falling again. While there has been a significant drop on the number of properties for rent these seems to have been done by large rental price falls.

The Dublin market seems to be holding up well with even some increases across the capital.

This will definitely have implications for NAMA as if rents keep falling prices will have to continue to fall for the rental yield to return to something approaching "normal" levels.
