Default Fianna Fail Senator needs stitches after attack

Radio na Gaeltachta has reported that FF Senator Brian O Donnell required stitches after a vicious attack last Sunday. No other media outlet seems to be covering this has anyone any links?

This is why no-one should advocate violence, against government politicians, bankers, or anyone else. It encourages loons who will really do it.

I can't say I'm surprised with an attack on a FF politician, but in whats FF heartland it certainly is a warning of whats to come in the rest of the country.
