    That time is almost near again. The time for pain and corner turning. What do you anticipate will be cut or *ahem* gained by the people in this coming budget?

    Scrapping of half rate carers allowance, phased out.
    Closure of 1 Hospital.
    Introduction of property tax.
    Increase in Road Tax.
    Increase in petrol tax.

    new social levy will be universal and take in a lot more than PRSI

    standardised property tax on all homes in advance of valuation scheme being implemented
