Default CAB raids home of top Limerick bank boss

THE CRIMINAL Assets Bureau has raided the home of a former senior bank manager in Limerick, and is now investigating the operations of a major property development company in the city.
It is understood that the former bank manager had his property searched over the Christmas period, while CAB profilers visited the offices of a property firm in Limerick city this Wednesday afternoon.

A computer and a number of files were seized from the home of the bank official, while investigations at the property firm followed a complaint lodged with the gardai and the Revenue Commissioners.

that's the only news on this so far. No names named yet.

Some speculation, but no proof, that this is related: http://www.limerickleader.ie/news/Ba...an-.5032359.jp

But a betting man would not bet against a FF link when there is a banker and a developer already involved.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes for charges to be pressed. Its taking them forever @ Anglo for some reason.

The Neo Feudalists cannot arrest themselves. They can be the planner the developer and the banker all at the same time such as at the DDDA, but the tend not to hand themselves over into themselves for justice.

Another joke of a investigation. We all here about the vast sums that CAB confiscates but we here very little headlines when a court orders these confiscated assets to be handed back to their owner. CAB is great for newspaper headlines but nothing else.

Wonder if you could elaborate on that ?
If what you say is sound based then we need to be better informed about it.
The general perception is quite different.
    More, please.
