    Default Gary Glitter 'Executed'

Shamed pop star Gary Glitter is to be "executed" in a new television programme examining capital punishment. The 90-minute Channel 4 film reintroduces the death penalty to Britain and explores public attitudes to it. Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd, signed the Sex Offenders' Register last year after spending time in jail in Vietnam for child sex offences. Source.

We could really do without these misleading, tabloid thread titles.

I wanted to avoid the actual title:

    The Execution of Gary Glitter
I watched with glee, while your kings and queens, fought for ten decades for the gods they made.

You'd have avoided it quite easily if you didn't bother starting this thread.

Good idea for a documentary it is going to examine attitudes to the death penalty probably bit on the macabre side but will be interesting.

No doubt if the ratings are good RTE will produce their own version about Cathal O'Searcaigh.

I think GG would have a pretty good Legal case if he were to sue over this.

Please don't give him the opportunity to try it on.

    - after all who would want' to be in his gang anyway?:x
