On "The Week in Politics", Martin Ferris says that the key issue for effective policing is "visuality".
Does he mean visibility?

Agreed. He looked like a deer in the headlights. Maybe it is the Kerry accent but it came across very badly, particulary during the piece about SF themselves. Looks as if the party has a long slog ahead rebuilding in the South.
