I dont get it. You have started a topic called "Gerrys new Master Plan", but have failed to indicate what that plan is.

I think he mentioned 2 major conferences for this year.
Apart from that I didn't see any other cunning plan.
Maybe he'll announce his resignation at the conference eh?
Or maybe he thinks the answer is more T:V time.

ah perhaps to subtle with the humor, the article (not posting here as per forum rules) is about Adams / SF conference on a SF electoral comeback and all it is is the usual GA waffle and nonsense, as opposed to anything of any substance.

Building and rebuilding. That can even resonate with parties on the government benches.

Seriously, it quotes from a stragety meeting and does not contain the whole minutes of that meeting - this is a load of bollocks!!

Read this, its great crap...craic, sorry.

Eh, Am I missing something here, from one party with the "contract" and another whose former leader was to found practically every day spouting crap
"last sting of a dying wasp" and all that.

Isnt it part and parcel of the job of party leaders to grandstand and talk up their respective parties?

you completely miss my point (or choose to) SF took a mauling in the elections in the ROI and after this strategy meeting GA is again banging on about republicanism, united Ireland, unionist engagement, etc, etc.

It does not take a genius to realise that these are not the issues that matter to the majority of the electorate in the ROI but yet he continues to believe (or give the impression) that he believes they are.

To me it clearly shows that he is as out of touch now as he was in May with the electorate in the ROI and thus the new master plan is more of the same.

btw your retort of starting a new posting "Enda's new master plan"was one of the weakest, poorest and down right pathetic retorts i've seen in a long long time.
