Isn't the man with the mad hair and beard at DDP's left shoulder John Foley, the fourth FF candidate in Laois-Offaly at the last GE?

That one was a work of art, like the dogs playing poker. The best is the man on DDP's shoulder who never moved, or the guy on his other shoulder who's face is backed out, or the guy with the big hair, or the boys bottom right, of that man bottom left...
something else you always get with interviews at GAA grounds after matches is the sound of a dog ( most likely a collie ) barking in the backround

I'm from the country.. born and bred bogger... but by Jesus, that Manus Quinn looked scary. On both reports.. he never blinked.. just a dead stare to the camera.. I laughed the first segment, I started to feel chills on the second

at one point while gavinsblog was liveblogging the ard fheis, he got a video up of scrum o be seen with cowen,of which he thought was some guy from treasury holdings hugging cowen, he thought he captured an iconic image, it was quickly pointed out it was a different johnny. Johnny Foley

Quote:
Second video of the Cowen exit. Best bit is Johnny Ronan from Treasury Holdings. “Howya Johnny,” says Cowen, as they shake hands. Jaysus it’s Johnny Foley, a FF councillor. Head off each other!

The two guys over his other shoulder are Cllr. John Foley. T.C. (with the beard) and Cllr. Noel Bourke M.C.C. (white hair and glasses). Who ran like the clappers from the front area after Brian's speech to get their mugs on da telly, nearly broke themselves up in the process - very funny! (Donnie Cassidy school of P.R.)

All are hoping to be selected for the locals sometime soon.

Don't know who the rest are! But apologies from Offaly Fianna Fail all the same
