Plans for new military parade in Belfast halted

This is a discussion on Plans for new military parade in Belfast halted within the Northern Ireland forums, part of the Regional Discussion category on Politics.ie. Considering greasytrucker's purported reference to those murdered on Bloody Sunday, I'm inclined to think it's a troll....

Let's try to at least respect the Irish language.

Terry's latest incarnation. Best left on ignore till the Mods ban him yet again.

Is that a female nose on the far right there? Any more of her (preferably in uniform).

Name me one project or building of note built in the republic from 1921 to the 1990s ?

A truly backward nation before the EU dragged into the modern era.

To compare Hitler to modern Britain and its army shows your just another republican cretin.
Why all the hatred towards the irish ?

Why Belfast anyway...

They should go to the likes of Lisburn or Holywood for their parades

It will be interesting to see how RTE make 30 mins out of the year 2009 for "Reeling in the Years"

Bollocks, the Brit army has no business being in Ireland never mind parading in Ireland. The only Brit army parade I want to see is to the boat or plane, walking or carried I could care less, as long as they're gone.

All very well saying that - but the majority of people in Northern Ireland (excluding me) have alligence to the Queens Army. Until that changes nothing can be done about it.

Let them march in Lisburn or some other area where they would be wanted
