The Smell Of Paradise

The Smell of Paradise is a programme being broadcast today (Wednesday 4th June 2008) on RTE 1 at 11.30pm

The programme is said

to cover over 10 years by film makers Mariusz Pilis and Marcin Mamon who visited Qatar, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Chechnya...talking to warlords, clan-leaders, mullahs, terrorists as well as common believers of Dar-al-Islam, the abode of Islam.
They explore the process that leads young men to the radical choice to fight against the Western world with the Koran in one hand and a bomb in the other."

We could all learn something, hopefully good stuff.
