OK, I don't really want to admit this but here goes.

Sometimes when I'm having trouble sleeping I click on to Uncle Joe's website and click 'listen to latest show'. It does the the trick every time ! within minutes i'm gone!

I went to do it tonight and I see the listen to latest show button has been removed, , , and the option to click on Wednesday's show is gone too!

Anyone have any idea why?. . . Was it particularly controversial or something?

Might have to resort to the dulcet tones of Pat Kenny to put me asleep! but its just not the same!

I tend to listen to podcasts of BBC radio shows like From our Own Correspondent and Excess Baggage in that situation. They are very good shows. Download iTunes and have a listen.

BBC's documentary podcasts are fantastic!

They got me through my marathon training this year.

I was listening upto circa 2.30pm and I couldn't say there was anything particularly controversial on it.

Is there ever anything particularly controversial on it?

John Daly was about as controversial as it gets and look where that landed him!

Probably more to do with the fact that RTE are bad at technology. I mean, they can't even do schedules properly judging by the amount of inaccuracies in the RTE guide.

Heard start of it. Woman on about adoption of son's child, asked not to say anything that might identifty child. She agreed, but then gave the first name later in interview. JD cut the discussion immediately and went to ad break. Probably accounts for show's non-availability.
