Pity they couldn't actually quote a single MEP saying what the first line of the story claims. If they could, that sentence might even be accurate.

Christ I've read many a bad biased article, but very few that bad. Every actual quote from an MEP is a lot weaker, then what the article claims MEP's believe and there is no quote from any MEP saying that Ireland must vote again, but sure we have the usual crowd jumping up and down again, none of whom probably bothered to read the article.

During the Lisbon Treaty campaign I spoke at a debate where Ann Cahill was chair, at the end she told me if I wanted to live in an influential country I should move to Germany. I've not really thought highly of her writing since.
