Ere lads, we're not too far off a general election. My people inisde FG are saying Deegan is looking for a nomination. Anyone else hear this????
ALSO......
The Lisbon Treaty mark II is also up shortly?
Word has it, the Stradbally FG Mafia mastermind, Deegan will be out knocking doors upping his profile during it readying himself for the GE.

Hey Lottie.......
Why don't you put your name forward for nomination for the GE as well as your mate Hally Halford???? See how far you and your mucker get this time. I'd wager the same distance as she did the last time and no further than she did in the locals. Not even at the races.

General Election! Bring it on! Big feature of next General Election will be 'clean hands'. Have watched with interest major planning corruption in Killarney. How clean is Laois? Interesting times down the line, eh? How clean are our guys? I'm thinking re-zoning of Laois Villages. Hello!

Grace Halford would have a lot better chance than Deegan of getting elected to the Dail....Deegan get elected as a TD Your having a laugh bud....he just made it back in as a councillor...i believe his Mrs is still trying to wash the skid marks of the back of his Knickers

Bowe in the only Labour county councillor in Laois or Offaly and would be in prime position to get the nomination - if he does get it, it could be bad news for John Moloney, as Bowe could possibly win 1,000+ first preference votes in the Mountmellick area on a good day for him, taking some of these from Moloney.
