The validity of this new documentation must be fully tested because if it is genuine then it raises serious questions about the so-called affidavits, obtained from the Nigerian doctor.
It may also point to the hand of the Nigerian govt. again attempting to mislead.

She committed fraud once, surely she would not do it again? Is that what you are trying to say?

If she actually died, why did PI use a forged death-cert to begin with? Having admitted using one, her credibility on this matter is now in tatters. Don't expect that to concern the bleeding-hearts in the ECHR though, who are clearly batting for her in this matter. The willingness of some on the forum to afford this foreign-national absolute credibility while denying it to a murdered Irishman in Bolivia should not go unnoticed.

Indeed. The willingness of our entire judicial and cowardly political system to afford total credibilty to asylum seekers, non EU workers here on work permits and indeed all EU workers is staggering. No checks are apparently made on their criminal past. Figures in the most recent Irish Prison Service Report show that the number of non-Irish prisoners incarcerated is a staggering 30 per cent of the entire prison population. 16.8 per cent are of European origin, with over 50 per cent of that figure coming from an EU country, excluding the United Kingdom. The figure for African prisoners rose as well, reaching a substantial 5.7 per cent of the prison population.
In the jailhouse now - National News, Frontpage - Independent.ie

Then again, the leftist, PC cabal that really run things in Ireland have a hard on for Irish criminals, so obviously they are going to be sympathetic to foreign scumbags.

Thanks for link to that article.
Shocking statistics, even worse than I had thought.

Yes, but our social policies including Immigration were largely dictated by lefty fkwits writing in the Irish times.

I agree that these non-elected morons should have been ignored, but the tragedy is that 99% of our politicians (I exclude McDowell) were too cowardly to dispute the cosy consensus that mass immigration is just great.

We didn't even have 1 Dail Discussion on the Issue. Would FG have been any better ?

Listening to Coveney, I don't think so.

Quite right. And there are many left-wing people, with roots in the working class rather than Dublin 4 or the Student Union, who oppose unrestricted immigration. I'm one of them, and I know several others.

I fully agree with you Horace and it isn't mentioned enough. The smoked salmon socialists are the ones that think all immigration is marvellous for us all and usually use the words multicultural and how wonderful it is to have different restaurants in Ireland. This is a right-on poition that they feel the ought to take without actually thinking it through.Immigration suits the right wing parties and groups such as IBEC. When I say right wing I mean FF in this sense because their gombeem followers only think about what benefits their pocket.

Just seen this upcoming event on Indymedia - some of the posters on this thread may wish to attend -

Wed 29th April 1.30 pm At GNIB, Burgh Quay Dublin 2
Protest by Residents Against Racicm

apparently there is to be a mass deportation of Nigerians later in the day 'at dead of night' and some of them have been here '6 years' and have 'no family in Nigeria'

Doesn't say if Pamela and family are among the contingent to be packed off in the darkness
