It seems that it shows 2 or 3 young gardai ridiculing an elderly caller.

The Garda Ombudsman was on saying that it's being investigated and if it's genuine, disciplinary action will be taken.

I know all the 'outraged' rich auld ones with nothing better to do are going to give out hell over this video but they are only human give them a break that man rings them up and pesters them the whole time

I just watched it. While the caller seems to be a crank, the Gárdai simply can't ridicule any citizen. That Gárda was on duty and being paid for that farce.

I believe that he will be disciplined though his mouth movements seem to be out of synch with the soundtrack towards the end.
