| You don't hear much about why these people commit these crimes or measures to prevent them. I know I repeat myself, but the problems with crime are a lot more complicated than numbers of Gardai and sentencing. What about the social workers? Proper town planning? Access to education? Constitutional barriers to adoption? Join the dots. Look around you at the social problems of today and think about the criminal minds they will produce tomorrow.
