| I wonder would this be happening IF Mary Harney needed a kidney?? I doubt it. It's a disgrace as are so, so, so many more such issues about our health service.

It's always good to see that most people commenting on their personal health issues on P.ie, always seem to appreciate the services provided by the carers.

| Harneys priority is to employ more managers/advisors and pay these people big bucks and bonuses. beds for transplant patients, don't you know there are too many people in hospital. let the virtual community care teams looks after them |

| Harney only cares about those with enough money to afford top private health insurance to cover private hospitals, or who can afford to go abroad for treatment. Don't think she'll ever need a kidney...a new liver probably, though. |

| So...so...so sorry.....it is not good enough...and I'm sorry for being a complete cow....but what we will hear is the drive to more day cases and to an enhanced primary care would release the beds required for more transplants to proceed!!....You know what...only if we were doing transplants as day procedures...would this scenario work!!!...keep well...and sign up for your donor card...or sign your drivers license...PLEASE!!!
