Default Grow your own teeth .

I do love how the complexities of varieties of issues are presented via media/News and
blogs : Grow-your-own to replace false teeth | UK news | The Guardian

I dunno much about false teeth ; but am becoming quite expert at the techniques
involved in some replacements (such as crowns)- the procedure is awful, with replacement
involving the drilling away of the original crown (reducing it to a huge gap and porcelain
stump before a re-fitting).

Though (it says online that it can be yanked out through using leverage) :

The new procedures involve making an incision in the gum and introducing a tooth bud
which will (with coaxing) grown into a tooth, the regenerative tech is found in the utilisation
of stem cell technology and is discussed here :

Getting crowns, root canal or implants is not as awful as it sounds. It is almost completely painless----as is all modern dentistry. IT IS THE AWFUL EXPENSE.----thousands and thousands of Euro for very little work

If dentists charge the same outlandish fees for "grow your own" then we might as well stay as we are.
We need to invent a less expensive way of renewing our smiles. You know nothing about real pain until you have handed your credit card to a dental secretary. Ouch!! Thats when you need the Novocain

it is an interesting area. Though the Guardian treatment thereof was light on the science and heavy on the denture stuff. l also think that it'd be pricey cos of the stem-cell tech.
