Default Green Social Dividend Clause in NAMA legislation.

l am curious to see if it would be workable for a number of reasons, not least among these the road-kill that resulted in the pre-recess guillotined debates on Crime (gangland) and their idiotic response to the Blasphemy legislation. To me a social dividend policy would require looking at co-location and hospital amalgamation- not well placed leaks to the SBP : http://www.thepost.ie/story/eyeymhojmh/

l reckon Green attempts both in government and formerly in opposition to get their clauses into legislation mostly fail. Despite their inroads into fast-track FF planning.

l published their link in the OP, which l feel to be cosmetic given their other failures in achieving clauses in FF legislation : http://www.politics.ie/oireachtas/10...gislation.html

The problem with this is that
a) it would presumably mean NAMA getting lower prices for its properties and thus costing more
b) if it is illegal to lobby NAMA, how is anyone going to "ask" NAMA to let it have properties at "fair" prices?
