I'd run for panel if only I was in Ireland.

Well you'd probably do a better job over there than some of them are doing over here!

But anyway...this is how I see it from the utterings I've been hearing lately

President: Barry W vs Alan Gallagher (although Alan isn't confirming)

VP: Michelle Perry, maybe another contender from UL or UCC

Dub Org: Rocky might go again but there's a strong possibility he'd be running against one(Alison Meagher) if not two TCD candidates(but why TCD would think they could run two is beyond me)

Leinster: Is Mel going again? I hear Kate Geraghty might out her hat in

Munster: CIT are thinking of a candidate

    Conn/Ulster: PJ O'Mara I think

Panel: Hollie Dowling UCC(??), TCD candidate if they only choose one for Dub Org, James O'Sullivan from UCD, Sarah Moore UL..I haven't heard anything else.

Are Maynooth going to run a candidate?? And what about Eric Keane and Stephen Behan.will they run again? Personally I would like to see the both of them run for something

i think mel will be running for panel possibly as the leinster candidate, with kate stepping in to become leinster organiser. mel has done an excellent job as leinster organiser even though its an incredibly hard position. but kate is extremely capable and could definately build on from mel.

eric keane i think is in for vice.

rocky will prob go again, and i have heard of alison meaghers name too. would be nice to have a contest!

munster org. i think hollie might be going again but i have heard rumours of a second candidate, not sure who, but i've heard its supposed to be a fairly weak candidate.

james o'sullivan is in for panel as far as im aware. james would be relying heavily on TCD not running a candidate though, but he might pick up a few leinster votes as he does hail from wicklow and it quite well liked in YFG

Surely Erick Keane will run for something & with the backing of UL he'll do well, they were out in force in Wexford. I'll say Gallagher or him will challenge Walsh - will Barry hold out?

I've heard someone from UL is also lookign at Munster Org despite not being the most obvious choice

Obviously I think Kate Geraghty would do surperbly in any role she applies for.
I'd like to see Eric Keane run for VP or higher, and Mel Farell to run for Panel/VP or higher too! And Hollie Dowling to run for Panel/VP or higher also! Basically, those three in either Panel/VP/Prez would work swimmingly.

Can't comment on anyone's record since Ive been out of the organisation for a year.

I love the way people with 1 post seem to know so much about who's running for what.
