Well you know something? This country could do with leadership right now, such as that displayed by Thatcher in her prime. I'm not saying I agreed with all her views or policies, not by a long shot. But she had the balls to exercise her veto at a European Summit. She demanded a rebate on the UK's contributions to the then EEC's budget. She said ''give me my money back!!'' and they had to give her what she wanted. Could you imagine Enda demanding a rebate at an EU Summit for the Bank Bailout billions for Anglo and INBS? Could you imagine Enda using the Irish veto if they said ''no''?
