Who paid for this free holiday to Spain? How'd you decide who went?
They didnt go to Spain. They went to the Basque Country.
Ah, so they went to France.

Sinn Fein are consistent in this. Sinn Féin were the party to do most to bring peace to the six counties and the peace strategy has brought benefits for the political agnenda of Sinn Fein . Sinn Fein believe in sharing this experience and analysis with deprived and oppressed peopel worldwise.
a slight flaw in this plan is that the US state department and the British , the people freedom fighters are usually fighting against one way or another, are going around the world holding up the Irish "peace" process as an ideal way to resolve conflicts also . Henry Kissinger even congratulated agent McGuinness for Sinn Feins success in selling it to their own people .
People who arent in thrall to these state sponsored leaders , foreigners usually, tend to notice things like this . Which is probably why President Abbas ignored Adams when he unilaterally arrived in Palestine to offer his advice and didnt meet him . The notion that the Palestinians or Hizballah would surrender their arms and sovereignty to secure victory would be plain ludicrous to them .
Furthermore as the last man the Adams leadership sent to offer advice to Hizballah and liase with them was Denis Donaldson its doubtful theyd take any advice from that bought off clique . Somehow I couldnt see Nasrallah queuing up to shake Bushes hand and that of Blair or the Israeli prime minister on occupied Lebanese soil as happened at Hillsborough castle here a few years ago as they met to carve up occupied Iraq .
Sinn Fein would regard Nasrallahs annoyance at such an insult to sovereignty as mere immaturity and failure to see the bigger picture .
God help any oppressed people who follow sinn feins advice . Hopefully the Basques will display wisdom in this regard and ignore the cult of personality .
