    Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics.

    'Owdy folks.

    I'm looking for some numbers relating to the various youth wings of each political party in Ireland.

    Just number of members, centres of activity and so on.

    Throw them up here or private message me if you wish.

    Try party HQs is your best bet on that, no individual members would have the infor you're looking for

    Ogra FF have approx 6000 members (I think), 2400 were recruited last Sept / October at the Freshers Events.

    Youth membership

    Youth membership figures are no-way near the real figures of active members. I couldn't tell you haow many societies I've joined in college without never going again. To get an accurate figure of the active membership of a parties youth wing ask how many people attended the National conference.

    I know for a fact that YPD's national conference was better attended than the OSF ard fheis because I attended them both.

    I knew Labour were doing bad, but I didn't think they were doing that bad.
