When you said 'smoking a fag' I thought there'd be a photo of him shooting a gayist.

Now that'd really confuse the republicans - we hate him... but he's killing a queer... but we hate him... but he does shoot homosexuals

All this does is show you that there is an enormous source of wealth in the health insurance industry.

They as any other business run for the purpose of maximizing profits.

Profit is maximized in health insurance when you can minimize access to health care to your customers, while still collecting their premiums.

So you think health care isn't rationed? it already is, but not by bureaucrats or doctors, but by staffers denying care to increase stock prices.

And you think you aren't paying for other people's care? most do.
When you total your payments in premiums and subtract out what health care you used, the rest needs to be divided up to pay for the big/expensive operations of others and then be used to create that profit sought above.


Those who benefit from this (Insurance company execs) know they have a good thing running, and will pay to keep the system from changing.
Hence, photo shop gets used in efforts like these.
