Teleprompter breaks i Vermont for Barry and listen to how he sounds. Is he inarticulate?

No. It'd be better if he didn't rely on a teleprompter so much, but it's understandable to fumble if you're relying on it and it stops working.

Her resignation speech was pre-written (and self written). The text version was available online as she gave it. Compare it to any of Obama's self written speeches, such as the address to the NCAA. Or compare any interview with Obama to any interview with Palin. It would perhaps be even better to compare her self written speeches to the ones written by good republican writers. She's perfectly able to do public speaking when it's not her own thoughts, it's the ability to actually articulate herself that she lacks.

Palin is done in national politics.

This is actually a blessing for the Republican Party, for she'd never have had a real chance to win.

The highest she will ever reach, is to become an appointed Secretary of the Interior or something in a future GOP administration.
But we won't see her in a prime time Presidential or Vice Presidential debate again.

She could run, and maybe win in Iowa. MAYBE.
But she'd die after losing in New Hampshire. In all likelihood, we'll be saying Sarah Who? within 2 yrs.

    That would be a shame.

We need the likes of Palin to personify and speak for the US Republican Party.

    However, lest we forget....................
