Hes automatically President at 12:00 regardless, hes just also required to take the oath, and they wanted to be on the safe side.

Remember the right wing conspiracy crap about his birth cert and "natural born citizen"?

Even yesterday they were still ********************ing on about that:

Philip J Berg, Press release, January 20, 2009, Sad day for America, Obama usurper, Obama not qualified, Berg vs Obama active, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Hoax, Nothing more important than our U.S. Constitution Citizen Wells

So you can imagine the field day they'd have if the oath wasn't administered propertly.

I reckon President Joe Biden is pleasantly surprised at the turn of events ... and now there's only 2 people between Hillary & the job.

Wonder what sort of president he'll make ? Maybe he'll re-hire Obama as a speechwriter.

Yeh jesus...Biden, Barack, Nancy and Byrd better have someone taste their food, she's an ambitious woman!
For all we know she tried to take Byrd out last night, he was taken a bit ill!

At least we know if the unthinkable happens four times on the same day America will be in capable, well manicured, hands, and we'll have the up side novelty of a woman president in reality instead of just on 24.

I can see this causing more president for a day type urban legends.

You want a political action thriller describing the Biden Presidency?

I can pretend he was actually president for a few hours yesterday and work on one I suppose...

I was thinking more along the lines of Hillary: Will She Stop at Nothing? But as long as there are legos involved...

Perhaps a Hillary v Biden and Barack and Byrd and Nancy thriller with that title....

Illustrated of course but with photos not lego pics, since I dont have lego in the appropriate positions this time

I think I'll leave Justin Timberlake out of this one, he can't be expected to save the day twice...I mean...that would just make the story unrealistic.
