    Much of Obama's money came from small donors, so I think that makes the case against oligarchy , but also: say if I am a successful businessman , well society already accepts my higher value contributions ... so I'd be entitled to put that behind my preferred candidate.     I see Iraq has a $79 billion surplus this year, that they don't know how to spend, while the US spends about $12 billion a month in Iraq. It makes the $5 billion seem like small potatoes, if it reduces the US spending there.
